Jay brings over 26 years of experience of facilities management, equipment maintenance and operational leadership. He brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence. In this role, Jay will oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and maintenance for real estate brokerages, commercial buildings, and residential real estate. He will play a critical role in ensuring optimal performance and growing the maintenance division. In this role, Kevin will support the continued growth and strength of the company's Land Works division. Kevin brings both technical skill and leadership experience to the team. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and was honorably discharged. Red Oak Land Works extends its sincere appreciation for his service to our country. This spring, Kevin will graduate from Greenville Technical College with a degree in Construction Management. Following graduation, he will transition into a full-time position with the company. Kevin is already contributing to ongoing projects, with proficiency in industry tools including Agtek, 3D Materials, 3D Earthworks, and Carlson CAD. His early impact reflects both his work ethic and readiness to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
