Red Oak Land Works Welcomes Jay Shaver as Maintenance Manager
Red Oak Maintenance, a division of Red Oak Land Works, is pleased to announce Jay Shaver as its new Maintenance Manager. Jay brings over 26 years of experience of facilities management, equipment maintenance and operational leadership. He brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
In this role, Jay will oversee all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and maintenance for real estate brokerages, commercial buildings, and residential real estate. He will play a critical role in ensuring optimal performance and growing the maintenance division.

Red Oak Land Works Welcomes Kevin Roach as Junior Estimator
Red Oak Land Works is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Roach as a Junior Estimator. In this role, Kevin will work directly with Ed Knope, Director of Construction, supporting the continued growth and strength of the company's Land Works division.
Kevin brings both technical skill and leadership experience to the team. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and was honorably discharged. Red Oak Land Works extends its sincere appreciation for his service to our country.
This spring, Kevin will graduate from Greenville Technical College with a degree in Construction Management. Following graduation, he will transition into a full-time position with the company.
Kevin is already contributing to ongoing projects, with proficiency in industry tools including Agtek, 3D Materials, 3D Earthworks, and Carlson CAD. His early impact reflects both his work ethic and readiness to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Red Oak Land Works Welcomes Alec Knope as Construction Manager
Red Oak Land Works, the civil construction company owned by Red Oak Developers, is pleased to announce the addition of Alec Knope as Construction Manager.
A Greenville, South Carolina native, Alec brings a strong background in site construction and civil work. He is CEPSCI Certified and has extensive experience in surveying, site development, and field operations. In addition, Alec is trained in takeoff and civil engineering software, giving him a well-rounded skill set that supports both planning and execution in the field.
In his role as Construction Manager, Alec will oversee onsite operations and play a key part in expanding Red Oak Land Works' growing site work portfolio.
